The King Charles occupies a 1639 baroque building in Prague 1's medieval heart, featuring Gothic and Baroque architectural elements with 19th-century frescoes and restored stucco. This 4-star hotel showcases gilt frames, stained glass windows, and wooden ceiling beams with decorative designs.

The King Charles rooms display ornate wooden beds, exposed ceiling beams, and antique furniture complemented by candelabras and gilt-framed paintings. All 19 accommodations include free WiFi, safes, sound-insulated walls, and minibars.
